When you purchased your rig, they may or may not have shared the diagram that shows all the places you need to apply flex sealant along the body of your RV.  Even if it was perfect year one, it will start to show wear and will need to have an update by year 2 or 3 for sure.  Another insurance item to keep you in tip top shape and the dreaded water from getting into your rig.
