Pizza Stone – not just for pizza

Yep, we love pizza, however, we actually bought this stone to keep in our propane oven.  If you’ve ever made anything in the ovens they include in RVs, you know how the bottom will burn and the top will be raw.  Maintaining the heat is also extremely difficult.  It will jump from 150 to 450 and then back to 220 for unknown reasons.  After reading lots of reviews, I purchased this stone to keep in our oven and level out the heat.  No more burnt bars on the bottom and raw in the middle.  This is one of those that some may see as a luxury, but we see as required.  I also love that it’s square and fits the dimensions inside my oven perfectly.
